A Lebanon, Tennessee native, Lauren Adcock is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who brings a wealth of clinical experience and a passion for personalized, preventive healthcare to The Beaumont Med Spa.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University in 2007 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2010. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience across multiple areas of medicine, including urgent care, primary care, gastroenterology, and Vanderbilt's Burn Unit. Her diverse clinical background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both acute and chronic medical conditions and the importance of addressing health concerns before they progress into more serious illnesses.

Having cared for critically ill patients and individuals managing complex chronic conditions, Lauren developed a strong appreciation for preventive medicine, early intervention, and long-term wellness. She believes healthcare should extend beyond simply treating symptoms and instead focus on understanding the underlying factors affecting a patient's overall health, quality of life, and longevity.

At The Beaumont Med Spa, Lauren is passionate about helping patients take a proactive approach to their health through individualized care, education, and realistic treatment plans. Her goal is simple: to be the healthcare provider she has always wanted for herself—someone who genuinely listens, takes the time to investigate concerns, looks beyond the surface, and works alongside patients to develop personalized, achievable plans that help them look, feel, and function at their best.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren stays busy supporting her two children at their sporting events. You're likely to find her in a gym or cheering from the sidelines of a baseball field. When she's not working or attending a game, she enjoys spending time outdoors, walking around the family farm with her dog, Bingo.
